about the new web site

thanks for stopping by and taking to the time to have a look around… This articles section is going to be an outlet for letting you know about anything important or interesting - so i would like to start by explaining the what, why and etc about the new web site.

At the start of this year i set up leeharding.co.uk Limited, so i thought i would do things properly and design myself an identity to follow through stationery, web site and anything else that took my fancy. Rather than create a ‘logo’ which would constantly stay the same i wanted to develop something that could change across media, be fun and still recoginsable.

…and so Conejito (Spanish for little rabbit) was born. A collaboration between the artistic skills of Salvador and myself we developed the character you see sitting at the top of this page. I have always liked the connotations of rabbits, and i was born in the Chinese year of the rabbit, so that seemed the perfect place to start.

There will be much more to see from Conejito, i have made up some t-shirts, which will be added to the shop in due time…
